Accommodation is offered in 2 beautiful vintage-styled and decorated houses, situated on both sides of the main road. Both offer a peaceful, tranquil and lush green garden setting. Each room contains either a comfortable queen-size or double or single bed. All rooms offer a TV with selected satellite channels and free Wi-Fi internet access. The rooms are serviced daily by dedicated staff. There is air conditioning in all of the rooms, providing cold and warm air.
All rooms offer a complimentary hostess tray with tea- and coffee-making facilities, own en-suite bathrooms, and extra blankets for those colder days. Some upstairs rooms at The Manor have shared balconies. Secure shaded parking is available at both premises, as well as ample street parking.

Autumn Breeze Manor is a very beautiful, relaxed place to book, and their bed and breakfast prices are reasonable. I wish they can do something about the R250 charged for late check-in. We travel from different provinces to come to Mpumalanga.

It's not a place I would want to stay for a long term but was awesome just for the night.
The room was very basic, no hair dryer, two of the mornings we had no hot water to shower. There were 2 big groups whilst we stayed so the breakfast was over crowded and unorganised the one morning we even walked out and went for breakfast elsewhere. One kettle to boil water for coffee and tea for 20+ people is just not sufficient for so many people. The breakfasts were always the same thing with a slight difference here and there. We were hardly at the room as we thoroughly enjoyed all the site seeing. Really a beautiful part of our country. The friendliness of the hosts are what made it a good stay.
We enjoyed our stay, the place was great.
If the guest house did not have a restaurant on the premises, it would have been quite difficult to get something to drink or eat after 17h00. The TV could be taken out because the channels available do not provide entertainment to all groupings in South Africa. The plastic flowers on the beautiful antique furniture do not give credit to them.
Nothing much more added, we enjoyed our stay.
The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Some of the rooms do however need a bit of restoration and a refresh. Given the many rooms in the lodge, noise from other guests late at night or early morning was also a bit annoying. The location of the lodge right on the main road, although being very central, also means more noise and less privacy.
Please do put at least 8 sugars in the bedroom. Provide TV set at the seating room. Change menu on the breakfast.
Accommodation was not bad, but did not get breakfast which was included in rate.
They welcomed us very nicely and their lodge is very good. Their receptionist was very good to us and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect, but they must improve their breakfast.

The reception was excellent, we enjoyed our stay. The dinning/sitting area was a bit stuffy but not bad. I would recommend fresheners inside.

My husband and I were on our one-year wedding anniversary this weekend in Graskop and used Autumn Breeze Manor and Lodge for accommodation. We were welcomed with the warmest feeling and immediately felt at home. Mrs. Marie showed us where we will sleep, eat breakfast and the restaurant. Our room was neat and clean. Our car was safe through the night and we felt safe where we slept. The owner's husband brought us swimming towels so we could swim. The morning of our wedding anniversary, our table was covered with flowers and a card from the owners and staff to congratulate us! I recommend them to anyone and we will stay there again if we are in that area!
The rooms were very nicely decorated and neat. The hostess was also very helpful. We just didn't love the layout of the room since the bathroom was not soundproof.
I'd rather stay in another place for the price I paid. My idea was to stay in a comfortable place after some mountain climbing and all we received from the room was discomfort. The restaurant was excellent and the management was excellent.
There was, however, a pathetic fan heater that did not work in the ice-cold room. We were told that the room is still under construction, but you won't let guests sleep in such an unfinished room! There was only one bedside table, no mirror in the room, two built-in cupboards and the space was probably supposed to be a desk! The walls need painting and insufficient plugs.
Can warn guests to consider others and be gentler. Wooden floors and can hear what is being said next door. Also beautiful and neat.
Our stay was comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty.
The location was perfect and very central.
In addition to the above comments, the meals were very tasty and fresh. I think what needs to be improved is the DSTV - one channel can never be okay in 2018, there should be news, movies and sports.
The owner and staff of the lodge are friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time. The owner went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Would definitely highly recommend Autumn Breeze Manor and Lodge to travelers who need comfortable and affordable accommodation. Will definitely stay here again.

The room we slept in was quite private, you didn't hear the people next door. Our car was right in front of our room behind a push gate, so it was pretty safe. In a hot place like the lowlands the air conditioner is very welcome.
I had a wonderful stay there. the place is clean, the staff awesome.
The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant's food was also delicious and it was very convenient not to walk or drive to a dining place for dinner. The rooms were neat and clean and we could enjoy a restful night without any disturbances. I will stay at Autumn Breeze again.

The place should state that it's not for young people travelling in groups because we were constantly reminded of keeping our voices down like we were in church. The breakfast is not so nice, no variety, eggs and bacon everyday. The lady that owns it should try and be friendly and I didn't like it when she asked us not to leave before she checks the rooms.
Friendly reception by the owners. Go the extra mile for guests who need to leave early by delivering a packed lunch. Very neat and clean facilities. The breakfast is hearty and delicious! Their prices are very reasonable. The guest house is central and within walking distance of the center and restaurants. We will definitely visit there again!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the place is clean and neat, and great staff. The owner is such a humble lady who ensured we were comfortable. The lodge is central for the Panorama Route experience.
Positive: Neat and clean; Very friendly; Bathroom in #10 is really nice. Negative: No power points available by beds. Our room #10 was by an outdoor floodlight, so the room was not dark. In the pub and restaurant the staff were friendly, but were totally clueless e.g. I had to go behind the bar myself to put my card transaction through as they didn't know how the machine worked. Pizzas were cold had to make them over, it costs money etc. Please look at those points.
The breakfast was nice, room and the bathroom. The customer service was also good but they should improve car parking because our car wasn't safe at all.
Safety not at all. The gate cannot open and close properly. Have to struggle every time. Pool not at all like on pictures on the internet. No milk in the evenings to drink with your coffee, powdered milk is given. It is said full of DStv which is not so.
We left a night before and just paid the cost.

Autumn Breeze Manor is within easy walking distance from town which has various curios shops and restaurants to choose from. This is an ideal base from which to explore the Lowveld Panorama Route, as Graskop is situated at the summit of the scenic Kowyn's Pass.
Accommodation is offered in 2 beautiful vintage-styled and decorated houses, situated on both sides of the main road. Both offer a peaceful, tranquil and lush green garden setting. Each room contains either a comfortable queen-size or double or single bed. All rooms offer a TV with selected satellite channels and free Wi-Fi internet access. The rooms are serviced daily by dedicated staff. There is air conditioning in all of the rooms, providing cold and warm air.
All rooms offer a complimentary hostess tray with tea- and coffee-making facilities, own en-suite bathrooms, and extra blankets for those colder days. Some upstairs rooms at The Manor have shared balconies. Secure shaded parking is available at both premises, as well as ample street parking.
