The living area features beautiful decor and furniture of superb quality and a TV where guests can sign in with their Netflix profile. Free Wi-Fi is available. Patio doors open out onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. Secure parking is allocated for 1 vehicle and the building is serviced with an elevator. A gas hob is also available during load shedding.
Guests can take a stroll down Church Street and enjoy some of the best restaurants Stellenbosch has to offer.
All Avemore apartments are family-friendly and guests can let the manager know should they require a cot, baby chair or baby bath for little ones.

Very comfortable apartment and very well located. Parking is a bit tight, and not easy to navigate, but that is not the host's fault. We received very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and collect keys etc.
We enjoyed the place to stay very much. Very nice decor and comfortable couches by the TV. The rooms are comfortable and deliciously hot showered. The kitchen has everything you need and it was nice to stay in the heart of Stellies where you are so close to restaurants and shops and doctors.
We had a fantastic time at Avemore Jan Cats No 3. The accommodation was excellent and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended!
Great stay - lovely apartment - centrally located with all the amenities. Our check-in request was accommodated and the host was excellent. A couple of pillow cases were not on the pillows - an oversight, I'm sure - but otherwise great!
Very well situated for getting around.

There is no breakage deposit required upon booking, but guests will be invoiced upon check-out should there be any breakages or stains on Furniture/Linen, addition cleaning will be charged in extreme cases.
