2 guests' feedbackOur stay was great but the only thing that we weren't too happy with was that the pictures and description of the house showed a beautiful study which was one of the reasons we chose this unit as my husband had to work remotely the first week of holiday. When we got there the study was locked and unavailable to use. Other than that, we were happy with our choice and enjoyed our stay.
The access to the complex wasn’t well organized. The house itself would need a bit more maintenance and can be a bit noisy during the course of the day because of its location close to the island access road. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to an additional fee of R97.00 per guest biometric registration. At least one guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
Any additional guest registering and utilizing the biometric system will also carry the levy per guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered in on the group leader’s biometric document. A copy of each adult Guest’s ID/Passport in the family/group to be included.
