The main house offers sea views from all rooms and a balcony leads from the kitchen with the best sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge and both lower ground studios are fitted with LCD TV screens and DStv connection.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms of the house with air conditioning in all bedrooms. Both studios also have air conditioning units for extra comfort. The main bedroom in the house with king-size bed has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms in the house each with two single beds share a full bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
Studio B on the lower ground acts as an extension of the house for groups of 8 people. This studio with a double bed is equipped with its own TV and en-suite shower facilities. The studio even has its own patio with outside table & sea views for morning coffees.

20 guests' feedbackGolfing tour party of 9 adults. Enough rooms and beds for us all. Home is spacious and plenty of room to move around. Walking distance to Spar, Tops, pharmacy and various restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Our early mornings were well enjoyed on the veranda with a Tequila Sunrise in one hand, eyes focused on the horizon for the break of a new dawn and every day (August) we were fortunate enough to spot whales swimming about. Backup systems in place and a cosy corner to watch the Springboks maul the Aussies.

Old furniture, they need to upgrade even though they prefer the antique look. They really need to upgrade their furniture and improve on maintaining their cleanliness. We were only offered 1 toilet paper in each toilet for the entire 3-night stay and were told to go buy our own. Other than that, we had a great stay.
We requested to arrive 2 hours before check-in to set up a nice dinner table and a few items as we were celebrating a very special occasion, my parent in-laws "50th Anniversary". There weren’t non-paying guests joining us, just the 10 guests that were booked for the home. Somehow it seems the permission granted wasn’t filtered to the cleaning manager. She was irate when she saw us at the property. Initially, we planned with the owner to come through at 1200hrs but due to late guests we understood and only came through at 1315hrs. Upon arrival, I was yelled at, and she made me feel as if we weren’t paying customers and the house was loaned to us. I tried to explain and show the manager messages between myself and the host, but she refused to look at them. She went to the extent to send the host pics and telling him we are having a party. I think a party would involve drinks, loud music, lots of people etc., but that wasn’t the case. She even lied to the host saying we started occupying the other areas of the house before our check-in time, we didn’t even have luggage. All our stuff was coming through with my husband as he was working that morning. Our idea of a celebration was a pretty setup with a small backdrop and a table set for 10. If we wanted to party, we would have booked a proper venue and invited numerous guests. We didn’t invite guests or have music at all (for the entire weekend) and nor do we drink alcohol! The cleaning lady took 1 set of the studio keys with her (by mistake - maybe) which delayed us getting our luggage to the room. She only dropped it off around 6 pm. Staff like this often chase away customers. I wouldn’t bother booking this place again!

Loved the house and the owners were very accommodating and kind. Amazing view and you could not ask for a better location. It felt like home away from home. The picture don't do it justice it's way nicer in real life.
My family that consist of adult children, a teenager and a 5-year-old all loved B'Lenghi Beach House. The short walk to the beach was awesome and the beach is not overcrowded. Definitely returning soon. The downside was an Uber network that doesn't reach the house, but a short walk to the second street or so gets you connected.

The only negative we experienced was the tavern type bar beneath the house. They play heavy metal music til late at night. From Friday through til the week. Then you can't relax on the beautiful patio as you have to listen to screaming all the time. Apart from that it's the most beautiful house with the prettiest decor, and the aircon was wonderful!
We had a short but nice stay. We think the place is beautiful with nice weather; we had lots of rain. The house had enough room for 6 our family of 6. We had the idea that there were some things were not 100% taken care of (shower door, no dish-towels, nothing to clean with (it rained) and leaking bath tub-tap). No sufficient toilet paper. We had to pick up our own key (is stressful at night in an area where you don't know where to go) and were not aware of the alarms (went of twice and twice policemen came over). Also stressful.
The house is very spacious with wonderful areas for socialising. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it is walking distance from the sea and the closest shops. It also has the added bonus of a daily cleaning service. We could relax and would have liked to stay longer.
Enjoyed it immensely. Very nice. Very comfortable with a nice view and central, close to everything.
Wonderful experience at B'Lenghi, not only beautiful and well appointed, but very well located and excellent accommodation. Was a lovely week and Ian was such a good host - our little boy fell ill during this time and was hospitalized and Ian offered to stay for an extra night for free as well as move up the check out time for us. He's a wonderful, hospitable and friendly host.
We had a great stay, the place was clean, the electrical appliances were modern, the decor was tasteful, everything you need and more. We spent most of the time relaxing on the porch with the wonderful view. The management's service was very good and friendly.

Ocean views and nice porch that made our ocean experience possible from morning to sunset. Nice clean house with all amenities you can think of! It was a great blessing!

- House parties or loud music are not allowed.
- No furniture re-arrangement.
- Guest visitors are not allowed to stay over.
- No removal of decoder smart cards.
- No tampering with locked cupboards.
- Strictly no smoking, cigarettes or hubbly, inside the house and studios and kindly discard cigarette buds in rubbish bins, not in the garden, toilets or sinks.
- Remove all food leftovers on the day of departure.
- Keep all security gates locked, even when at the property, and activate the alarm with a remote when not at the premises.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms, the beds are covered in white linen.
- No glassware or bottles near the pool.
- All children in the pool area must be supervised, pool depth 1.5 m throughout.
- Do not remove pool cleaning equipment from the pool.
- Kindly treat all B’Lenghi property with the necessary care.
- House must be securely locked on the day of departure and keys returned to the collection point.
During the exit clean we will be notified of disregard of these rules and reported damages may result in a partial or no refund of your breakage deposit.
