Really the most beautiful view from almost every room in the apartment. It really is everything and even more than one could ask for. It was really a privilege to wake up every morning with such a beautiful view and even the sunset takes your breath away. You can see, hear and smell the sea from the balcony. Owner is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go there again.

The following shortcomings struck me: The comfort seats are substandard. (My daughter was 7 months pregnant and seats are absolutely very low and not stable at all. I myself weigh 145kg, so easy chairs were not up to standard at all, we bought 4 plastic garden chairs and left them there). The outside seats are substandard. There is a constant sewage smell in the kitchen - this is directly from the main line. We brought it to owner's attention. There was no gun safe and we asked the owner to come and stick one that we bought ourselves and left there. The balcony gives a nice view, but with the Cape's winds, the owner can think of closing it with glass or aluminum, like some others. There are no "trolley" facilities to assist in transporting items from vehicle to apartment and back again. The mixer in the bath is faulty, the mechanism that switches to the shower head is broken. The following were positive: The security is very good. The apartment was clean, but we found a lot of small cockroaches. Overall it's a nice place, but the furniture and utensils are not up to standard. The washing machine and tumble dryer were very handy and appreciated. Apartment was cleaned once upon request by cleaners, thank you very much. My opinion: If the apartment is "refurbished", it is a very nice apartment that we would recommend, but at the moment we are not satisfied with the value for money. We left the apartment before 10:00 on January 4th.

The unit was very neat. The only feedback I have is first of all the kitchen cabinets are in poor condition. It feels like the doors are loose and will fall off when you open them. Also, the bed in the spare room makes a lot of noise when you move or turn over in your sleep. But overall the unit was exactly what we needed and we will return next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean View B1001. Everything was clean and the view was beautiful. All necessary shops, bars, restaurant in 10 min walking distance. Beach about 2 min walk.

The unit is well-equipped with all the necessities. Swimming towels obviously a bonus - thank you! The washing machine and tumble dryer definitely helps a lot - we'll travel a lot lighter next time. Recommendation: The arrival and departuire times on the website differ from the owner's times. But the owner was really considerate.

Awsome place, stunning view and the location was wonderful. Regarding cleanliness: the shower in main bedroom needs attention, a good scrub will do it some good, the rest was alright. Expected better TV channels, but other than that, it is a stunning place. Furniture in living room needs attention.
