Only stayed one night, wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was clean, apartment very well furnished with everything you need. Will definitely go again and recommend B209 Sea Spray to friends.
This gem was amazing and just what we needed. The view from the balcony and the lounge was spectacular. You are able to really enjoy the sunset. The unit is perfectly situated close to great restaurants and the security is top-notch. Martin was fantastic from the get-go and provided all the required information and more. He even provided much-needed information pertaining to lights for loadshedding. I can highly recommend this unit. It was clean, well maintained and you have all you need to have great stay. Wish we could stay longer and will most definitely be back.
Loved the place. Cosy and modern, only downside was loadshedding, but unfortunately that is all over. Security very friendly and helpful. Parking comfortable. View excellent.

Place's location very nice. Master bedroom lacks a fan.
Service was very good. However, the interior is in serious need of an upgrade. Very basic equipment and things like towel rails are all coming loose. Colour scheme is not good and needs a painting upgrade.

The location is perfect. Stunning views of the beach as well as Table Mountain. We had a great stay and will surely return when in the Table View area. Love the place and all that you need is there. Thanks for all the support from the owner.
If a busy city is for you, go big. The road in front of the apartment is very busy, but luckily you can see the sea and Table Mountain, it is within walking distance of delicious places to eat, mostly for young people a nice place to hang out.
It was already my third time staying there. Wonderful place. Value for money.
I think the blankets (dirt) can be looked at. Pillowcases not washed, it gave off a smell. The blinds are broken. Can't move. Self-catering understand this, but bed linen must be clean.
The place needs attention especially the kitchen. Pots and pans were missing and rusted. The owner did come and replace it after my complaint. The cups are tipped. Glasses are all different. Kitchen drawer number one is tied with wire and the second drawer is missing. Bathroom ceiling needs a paint, mold everywhere. There are many other places in the price range that are better and neater.
Sea Spray B209 has the potential to be a very nice unit, but needs a bit of refurbishment. 1. The blinds at the balcony door were broken, didn't want to stay up. 2. One kitchen drawer front is completely gone. 3. Other kitchen drawer fronts are tied with wire. 4. Kitchen cloth and sponge were used over and over. 5. Containers in which coffee, sugar and tea were put out were dirty. In view of the vacationer, owners should definitely pay more attention to their units because it is these foxes that completely put the vacationer off. I will not be staying in Sea Spray B209 again.
The accommodation is located near shopping centers which make it nice and it's by the beach. Best accommodation I could have had in the Cape.
Agent explained everything nicely. The security of the complex is super nice and helpful. The apartment meets everyone's requirements and so much more. The view is beautiful, the parking is safe, the unit is easily accessible. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice place. Can hear the sea in the cottage and best view of the Cape. Very easy to log in with the self-help service. Very friendly owner. We were there for honeymoon. Will visit again.

Needed a place to stay while visiting friends. The apartment was more than perfect. Brilliant location with great restaurants across the road and an incredible view.
I checked in for a week and regretted not being able to stay longer! The swimming pool is very close to the apartment and spotlessly clean. The beach is windy most of the time, but always take something warm with you. Windsurfing is very popular and a sight to behold. Beach is only opposite road and dune. Within walking distance to the cafe and local supermarkets, as well as numerous restaurants. Don't expect luxury: the apartment is clean, but a real holiday apartment. The host, Martin, is very helpful.

Sea Spray Beach is recommended. We will use this facility again in the future.
