We are very impressed with the place. It was more than we expected. The place is neat, clean and everything is in working order. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and cute little ice cream shop.
Railings are loose. Unsafe for children to play on the deck.
The apartment is on the top floor of businesses. There is very little parking space during the day to get to your own place. In the evening, music plays rock hard until late. Ideal if you like to socialize and don't mind silence. Your car is parked outside in the evening. Checked every now and then if everything was still ok, as my photography equipment was there. There are little cockroaches everywhere.
Very neat, friendly help. Just be careful! Just shut up for blue monkeys that destroyed our apartment.
We had a very nice stay. The location was also very good. Nice places to eat around us and very close to a Spar. Not too far from the swimming beaches and could go for a nice walk along the sea.
Need to have a secured car parking.
Sofas are very dirty and the apartment itself is not spotless as one would expect from a holiday unit. Kettles were very dirty and worn.
Was not at all like photos on website, had no patio with braai and was not very impressed with it. Made the most of the opportunity, but will definitely stay there again and make sure the right unit is booked.
The only thing short - people to clean every day. You can put proper toilet paper down, as we do pay for the stay.
Starting with a R1000 damage deposit that I was not expecting when checking in, I was surprised to find that the "secure parking" is just a parking spot in the street next to refuse bins. Not sure why I paid the damage deposit as the walls were dirty, chipped and cracking, shelf in the bedroom fell off if you put anything on it and there was no door on the bathroom (there used to be one, I know because the holes and part of the frame was still there) and the plumbing. every time the apartment next door flushed the toilet all the waste popped up in our toilet - not pleasant. Location is great, the apartment and lack of secure parking was a problem.
The lady at reception was incapacitated by calls on the phone until in person. There was an inventory list in the room, and many things were not in the room that were on the list. I marked on the list that it wasn't there and handed in on check out as the incompetent receptionist suggested, so let's hope I still get my deposit back. There is only street parking, and we couldn't relax at all because we were too worried about our vehicle. We strongly recommend that people look for other accommodation instead of booking here. The air conditioner's drain pipe is in the shower and you can't keep it on in the evening, because the dripping on the shower's tiles ─ was a big irritation.
They just have to consider all the other guest people.
The fridge is not nice to open and close. Nice view but dirty windows.
Just a really nice place, especially the boardwalk along the coast to run on.
We really enjoyed it! Safety for cars might get some attention!
The apartment was very cute and we all had clean and comfortable beds to sleep in.
Parking can be better secured.
