1 guests' feedbackThe access is a big problem. As a visitor, you must request a code every time you want to leave the complex or enter the complex. This is done via WhatsApp by a person. The person does not "reply" in time as it is a general number. Identifying the unit is another problem. There are 500 units. The message with the block number of the unit was sent along with the WiFi code as one of 10 WhatsApp messages. Not user friendly. Brace yourself for some entry frustration if you check in here. The service to help with the access frustrations is very poor. No empathy or understanding of the problem. You also need to give an exact time in advance to be able to enter the complex for the first time, very difficult with the KZN traffic and road works.

This unit is designated as non-smoking.The rates cover linen and towels, as well as a standard departure cleaning service. Guests will receive a welcome starter pack containing essentials such as tea/coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge.
Guests are required to provide their exact arrival and departure times, as we need to generate access codes for them to enter and exit the complex.
Guests can request a service at an additional charge. Towels and linen will be changed on the 8th day.
Additional linen and towel changes will incur and additional cost.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels. The prices quoted are for up to 4 guests.
Please note that there are no arrivals or departures on Christmas and New Year's Day.
