What a beautiful place. Was just breathtakingly beautiful. Very safe and tidy. Was really very peaceful. Thank you very much that we could stay in this piece of heaven for 7 days. We will go back again, soon.

Cleaning staff are very punctual, friendly and accommodating. Close to all amenities. No loadsheddding due to generater on site.

The aircon did not work, even though the owners knew about it a week before we arrived. They could of at least supplied toilet paper for our first day there. Photos were pretty deceiving to the real thing. To pay so much money for this place was not worth it.
We were a family of 3 and had an incredibly nice holiday in Rehan's apartment. The location is practically on the main beach of Ballito and the view fantastic. There is good internet available and each room has a flat screen TV with full DStv. The balcony has a gas grill and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook. We also made use of the Nespresso machine. Rehan was very easily available and the place was properly cleaned every day except Sundays. Parking is for 2 vehicles, covered and good security is always present. I would highly recommend Manor View 601 and would love to book again!
Great place with spectacular views. Service from booking to picking up keys were great. Having the owners/manager of the properties phone number and talking to him was amazing. Rehan was extremely helpful. Negatives: plates and dishes were chipped. No toilet paper provided. No access to any beach umbrellas for the balcony or even a single beach chair to take down. There were ants in the one guest room with double bed. Internet and WiFi was extremely slow. The security was strange with no checks on us as renters or friends visiting as to the access to the property as justified or not. I mentioned this to Rehan. It was a pity there was no beach towels for us because we travel from abroad we do not travel with towels and to buy them is not realistic. There was initially some confusion about the pick up spot for the keys but Rehan sorted that for us. We loved staying here and would actually want to rent this specific apartment again.
Fantastic location and view. Actually the best view. Owner and agent very friendly and helpful. Got prompt, prompt service. Apartment very dusty and only cleaned quickly upstairs.
Owner could look at upgrading the furniture on the balcony.
I think the contents of the apartment such as door handles, bathroom rails, etc. need some maintenance for the price paid.
We had a great time on holiday and we really enjoyed Manor View 601. It is very clean and has all the equipment and necessities. The view is awesome and generally service was excellent by the owner and staff.
Apart from the misunderstanding of our arrival time after which the owner (Rehaan) compensated us by paying us for a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant we had a very nice stay. The apartment is very well equipped and has a beautiful view.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. Beautiful place to stay, easily accessible to the beach. We had a baby of 18 months in the family and it was safe. Lovely place to stay.
Manor View 601 offers everything you could possibly need on vacation. From a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, to coffee percolator and an excellent 180° view of the sea! Walking distance from shops and restaurants, Manor View 601 is very well located. Definitely a destination to go back to for a next vacation! In our books, 10 out of 10!
Accommodation very comfortable, clean and neat. Complex very safe. The views couldn't be better. We enjoyed our stay.
What a pleasure it was, everything was immaculately clean and new, the kitchen is wonderful and fully equipped, the fact that there was a tumble dryer, dishwasher and washing machine made everything so much easier, especially with two young children. Rest assured if you book at Manor View 601 you WILL have a great vacation, be close to the beach, and get a real seaside vacation feeling! We will definitely book there again!

What made the place so ideal for me was that there were enough fridges. There is also a lot of space and it feels like your own home. Also the fact that there were facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer made the holiday much easier for me.
