Ballito Manor 401 is an ocean-view self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in the heart of Ballito and has direct access to the main beach.

This fourth-floor apartment can accommodate a total of 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The main en-suite bathroom has a bath and a shower, while the other 2 bathrooms each have a shower. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have direct access to the balcony. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

Through the sliding doors is a large balcony with outdoor furniture and a gas braai where guests can relax and fully admire the ocean views. Guests are afforded 2 secure parking bays in the complex and have access to the communal swimming pool in the complex.
