Went for a business trip and the accommodation was very nice.
Breakfast delicious. Accommodation neat and clean. Mattress sleeps well. Security good. Friendly staff.
The place itself is fine to stay at. I was not aware that the rooms were located at another address.
I have except for the shower, it is very bad, it makes terrible noise, little water comes out and the hot and cold water do not work well together, which means you either shower in cold water or hot water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Apart from the shower, everything else was nice, no other complaints.
When I arrived I was taken to another premises where there's more rooms. Parking is a problem when all of the rooms are occupied at this second premises. The only problem I had is the fact that my room had no windows and thus no ventilation. They offered to move me to another room, but I politely declined. The staff that made the breakfast was very professional, helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean at all times. In general, I had a very good stay.
Pleasant value for money stay in Cape Town. Spectacular art exhibition in the lodge. Pleasant, affordable business and holiday accommodation well located in Cape Town. I will use it again and can recommend it.
The friendliness of everyone was amazing, food was delicious we felt as at home as if we were in our own home, we recommend the Balmoral to everyone, it's a great place to stay if you are on holiday.

The rooms and the premises are neat and beautiful. There was only one problem and the management urgently needs to address it and that is the power failure in the mornings as soon as the kitchen staff prepares the breakfast.

The Manager, Clint is superb. He really goes the extra mile for his guests to feel at home, in such a way that when we left, it was as if we were leaving our own home and a brother, going to a far away place. Keep up the good work guys. May God be with you always.
Nice questhouse if you want to be close to the airport, which was our intention. Otherwise we wouldn't have chosen it. Managers very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean.
