The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedroom each contain 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. A sleeper couch is available in the lounge for 2 small children. All linen and bath towels are supplied, just bring with you your own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection is provided so should you wish to watch DStv, please bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea and grass area. There is also patio furniture and a gas braai supplied for your use.
There is a swimming pool and braai area in the complex and a garage and extra parking bay are allocated to this unit. There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30 m away and Margate’s main beach and fishing pier are only a short walk away. A variety of shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.

1 guests' feedbackIt was excellent. I would definitely return to Balooga 31. It was very clean and well equipped. The view was amazing. My kids and family loved it. I can't say anything other than perfect. I would also like to thank the booking agents and managers for their amazing service.

House rules
A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat-screen TV with unlimited Wi-Fi, so should you wish to watch DStv please bring with you your own decoder, smart card and cables (not PVR/Explora compatible).
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with you dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
