12 guests' feedbackLovely guesthouse among the trees and so close to Leisure Isle, which is what I wanted for swimming. The nearby pub kept me fed, and I would definitely be back again.
We had a good stay except for loadshedding which happened on two conservative days from 20:00 -22:00, there's no solar system at least for lights. We were using our phone torches.
Host is friendly and very helpful, the place is "stunning"! Clean, beautiful, will go again for sure! More beautiful than the photos!

Bamboo, the Guest House is truly a jungle paradise! Beautiful green with interesting paths and hidden corners in the garden. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a delicious breakfast every morning.
We had a nice stay, but there were a few things that bothered me. The one bedside lamp in our room did not work. There is nowhere to hang your towel. When they came to clean our room, staff folded up the wet towels and put them on the bed. As a result, we didn't have a dry towel to dry off with in the evening. There was no remote for the children's room TV. There was no gas bottle for cooking the kettle. We had to apply for an electric kettle. The bathroom mats could also do with a replacement. They look rather old and decrepit.
We had a very nice stay and received good service. It is very beautiful too. Will definitely go again.
Great service, very friendly and caring, amenities great, breakfast is basic, but no problems when you ask for anything. Really relaxing, especially the cottage fireplace.
Didn't have a living room. We asked for the most expensive room, on the ground level. They didn't accept my request and then we got another room without living room. We do not have full DStv in room. It is controlled from reception. We made the best of it.
