Barlinka Avenue Self-catering Flatlet is a self-contained flatlet located on the owner’s property in a cul-de-sac in Somerset West close to the main road on the way to Stellenbosch, and a few minutes away from the N2 highway. The unit is on the side of the main house and features a private separate entrance.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchenette. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an open bathroom with a shower and a washbasin. This room also features a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels, Netflix and uncapped Wi-Fi.

The bedroom is connected to the kitchenette by a small corridor. It is well-equipped for basic self-catering and contains a two-plate hob, electric frying pan, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. Storage space is available for bikes, luggage, and sports equipment. There is a shaded outside terrace with braai facilities, two 2 seater benches, a table and an umbrella. Safe off-road parking is available, inside the property close to your private entrance. There is also space to park a trailer on site. The entire property features state-of-the-art security. The unit will be cleaned once a week for long-staying guests at no extra cost. For shorter staying guests a cleaning fee of R175 will be charged if cleaning is requested.
