Stay was exceptional and we were upgraded! Ella went out of her way to make this stay as memorable as possible! The food that was prepared by Chef Spencer was unbelievable! We will definitely be back for another memorable stay!
Very good service, very professional. We even got a room upgrade, which was a great surprise! The food is absolutely fantastic. There is also undercover parking for your car and they can wash your car at the end of your stay.

It's our second visit to the lodge, and once again we were impressed from the start. The staff are excellent, and everyone goes out of their way to ensure our visit was top notch. The resort is exceptionally neat and clean, and the food is from another world. The chef and kitchen staff certainly deserve a very big compliment. The service in general is fantastic, we will definitely visit again. Many thanks to all the staff who ensured that we had a very special weekend. You guys are great!

The staff are fantastic, and made a big contribution to a wonderful break. The food was particularly fantastic, delicious and tastefully prepared. One can see a lot of love, time and money has been spent on Bass Lake Lodge. We will definitely visit again.
For sure much more than I expected. For sure they will see me again. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The service is very good, people are very friendly. No regrets at all. It's a must see and experience.
