House rules

For each booking, a damage deposit is required, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guests' departure, provided that the house is left in the same condition as upon arrival and everything is in order. Guests are required to report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to the office within 12 working hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and guests must smoke outside. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid to steam clean the curtains, carpets, and furniture.
If there are more guests staying in the unit than what was quoted, or if the number exceeds the allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Prior arrangements must be made for small pets to stay in the unit.

Guests are advised that the unit has a TV with a DStv connection; if they wish to watch DStv, they should bring their own decoder, smart card, and cables, or they can stream it as the unit has unlimited Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but since the unit is self-catering, guests must replenish these at their own expense. Additionally, guests are advised to bring dishwashing liquid and any other cleaning materials they may require.

Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. Guests must book this service through the office at least 48 hours in advance and pay upfront to the office instead of the cleaner. Guests should note that this service is subject to availability, especially during peak seasons.
