The first and second bedroom have king-size beds, while the third and fourth bedroom each have a queen size bed. Apart from 3 bathrooms, guests also have access to 3 additional outdoor showers.
The kitchen is situated in the heart of the living area and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kettle, toaster and a blender. Guests can relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, out in the garden while watching the birds, or in the library with a book. The lounge area is also equipped with a TV that has selected DStv channels and a DVD player with SAT stereo plug-in for an iPhone. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is also available. Guests have access to a front and back verandah, a braai area with a Weber braai, a carport, and a communal swimming pool.
The house offers easy access to Plettenberg Bay with its restaurants and shops. There are a variety of attractions in the surrounding area for guests to enjoy such as Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve, Nature's Valley, and Tsitsikamma National Park. 10 guests' feedbackHouse was neat, all was in place did not have to take anything extra. The area was secured and monitored. Living spaces outside of the house(braai and sitting areas) were amazing and comfortable. The space in the house was plentiful and the rooms were big and comfortable.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the agents and owners very helpful. Will definitely recommend this home. I would suggest another remote for the alarm system - the existing one was far too complex for any of us to figure out. A small microwave would be useful.
Lovely spacious & cosy home, has all you need, lovely fireplace in the lounge, undercover braai. Awesome place to have time out, short walk to the beach, lovely garden to sit and relax
The house is interesting and very well equipped. We had a great time.
The house is beautiful and you feel very at home, it would be nice in the summer if you could use the outdoor shower, the 2 master bedrooms' en suites only have bathtubs, and the water was lukewarm, so for a nice hot shower everyone in the house had to use the one shower in the children's en suite used. Furthermore, everything was very comfortable, nice and clean.
The place was very peaceful and excellent. You don't need to take anything with you except yourself and clothes. All other things can be sourced locally. The nearest shopping center is about a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The car port on the premises is a bit tricky to "maneuver" in for a larger vehicle. No lifeguards present on the beach, so you should keep a close eye on your children; there was a strong "rip tide" present during our visit to the sea.
Baviaanshoek is a beautiful house, fully equipped and very spacious. The house was exactly as advertised. Best part is its proximity to the ocean. The only pain would be the drive into Plett if one needed anything from a store. Baviaanshoek is a feel-good place and a great holiday destination.
I would suggest that attention be paid to the safety and fencing as it does not help to enter a gate that is regulated with controls, and then the fencing is open on the sides where people can only walk in from the street. The owner may also need to move the security beams to the inside of the house as we have had quite a few calls about the alarms going off.
