We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and the view - omw! Amazing!
Unfortunately, nothing is said about the sewage works which are about 500 meters down towards the sea. It sometimes smelled bad when the balcony door was open. Included in their price was one cleaning service per week. We did not receive any cleaning service during the week. It would also be good if the balcony windows were clean before guests entered. The front door's rain screen needs to be repaired because it is a struggle to close the door. There must please given proper indication of their office's entrance in Muizenberg. We had to call several times to get the entrance.
We had to open all the windows and doors to survive. The fact that we had to pick up and drop off the keys is a big negative, on holiday you don't want to make detours and be bound by time (before 5am) to get or drop off keys. The cushions on the porch are very dirty. Duvets do not have clips to close the duvet cover.
Very well equipped and comfortable.
I will go back any time, I will recommend Bay View to anyone, their agents are very friendly and helpful. The place is very neat and tidy and the view is awesome.
The bathroom is very cramped. The shower door is stuck against the bath so it is difficult to get in and out of the bath. The toilet is against the bath so no space for us it was also disappointing because the place looks like it is against the sea and it is not.
Best getaway. Stunning view, perfect place, a total gem! Truly enjoyed staying there and really friendly staff. Would definitely go again.
Everything was just fantastic.
Not having a braai facility was the only negative. Otherwise everything else was great. We loved it and definitely go back ASAP. Belinda and Heather was extremely helpful.
