House rules
Please note that the establishment can not accept bookings that want to check in on Sundays.The check-out time is strictly 10:00 on the date of departure. This gives enough time to clean the house for the next guests who have booked. If guests do not vacate the house at 10:00 on the departure date, a fine of R750,00 will be imposed, which amount will be debited against the deposit of the guest.
If guests stay on the property until 12:00 on the day of departure, the fine of R750,00 will be charged, as well as the daily booking rate for the maximum number of people who can stay in the house that applies for that particular day or date, which will be debited against the guest's deposit.
If something in the list of inventory in the home is missing or possibly damaged, including blinds, cupboard doors, hinges, keys, locks, windows, bedside lamps, wall sockets, Wi-Fi router, etc., upon arrival, guests are required to notify the hosts immediately so that immediate attention to the repair or replacement of the items can be given. If immediate notice of this is not given, guests currently occupying the accommodation will be held liable for the fixing or replacement.
