Reception was cool and distant. The room was generally acceptable with a ceiling fan, but no aircon. There was no workspace for a laptop. The bathroom condition was acceptable, but there was peeling paintwork in the shower. There was no dedicated plug for a cellphone charger.
We were welcomed upon arrival. Room is well equipped and very comfortable. Room is clean and safe. We had a very nice stay.

Personal safety was very good. A gate for the main entrance to the parking area could in the future add to a better sense of security regarding a traveller's vehicle.

A microwave in the rooms would be an advantage. Parking not adequate and not secure. Invoicing on or before departure should be available. Breakfast should be an option for the price quoted.
There was no soap, shampoo, shower cap etc. that I always receive and the basic things in the bathroom. I had to phone in to the house to get some body wash.
When you book accommodation, you expect to receive everything you might need to make your stay smooth. Firstly, there were no essentials in the kitchen especially with a self-catering accommodation. The on-site cleaner was working in and out of the cabin we stayed in. When you leave your house to go away to enjoy yourself with friends, you want to have fun. We were not allowed to play music, curfew as if we are kids, not to mention the condition of the pool. Will not recommend it at all.
The room is extremely neat and comfortable. Deon went out of his way to make sure everything was ok and made me feel like the most important guest. I will definitely stay there again in the future. It was a pleasant experience.
Be My Guest is a convenient stopover for businessmen or tourists on their way to their next destination. Vehicles are safe and it was a peaceful environment to go home to.
The guesthouse was easy to find. Location was not ideal but it is not too far from some eateries. The sleeping units are safe, but the car parking is open and cars are visible from the street.

Be My Guest is not right next to the beach, yet very close to it.
Although we only stayed one night, everything was in order. Due to circumstances, we only arrived at midnight, but Greg still went out of his way to offer us the best service. He was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. It really is an excellent place for an overnight stay.

After we were almost robbed on Christmas by two scam artists who had somehow gained access, we were quiet uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. I didn't know if my valuables were safer in the room or in the car which had to be parked outside the security gate. Other than that, the room was quite mediocre. It was well located, close to the beach and 2 shopping centres with more than enough eateries nearby.
Parking doesn't seem that safe, although we didn't experience any problems. The rest of the stay was very nice and safe.
