We had a wonderful stay. The owners were very friendly and the accommodation neat. Location is very nice and central between Mossel Bay and Hartenbos. Lovely to just walk down to the sea or to the shops and restaurants at Diaz. Will definitely use the accommodation again.

Yes. It was so nice. The place is incredibly beautiful. When you are inside the house, you can hear the waves crashing. The bonus for the kids was the fact that we were so close to the water. They could run out the door and be at the water. Of all the places so far, this one is our best.
A peaceful holiday and great weather conditions. Beach @100 is perfectly situated near the beach, and one can hear the waves especially when it is quiet. The security complex in which the flat is situated is very well maintained and very safe.

Great location. The house is very neat, tidy, and close to the beach. I felt very safe as there are security guards at the gated complex 24/7. Caroline is awesome. I needed some assistance on Saturday morning. I sent Caroline a WhatsApp message, and she called me immediately. I would definitely book again.

It was a good place to stay with family, but they don't provide basic toiletries, not even hand soap. So be prepared for that. Nothing was mentioned about towels, and they don't provide them.

Place was clean and the safety was good. I only recommend that they turn off the DSstv at 10 o'clock, the time that we are supposed be out, and not before that while the guests are there. Otherwise everything was great and we will visit again.

Bed headboard loose. Little bedside cupboard very unstable. Bedside lamps not working in main bedroom. Beds in spare room, 3-sleeper squeaks when slept on. Front door handle also loose. Suitable for 2 adults and 3 children not for 4 adults.
