The apartment can accommodate up to 9 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en suite, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom contains a 3-sleeper tri-bunk bed with a double-bottom and a single-top. There is also a double bunk bed in this room as well. A three-quarter bed is available around the corner on the patio which leads off from the living area for guests not wanting to share the 3rd bedroom.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, a microwave and all that will be needed to prepare a dish or braai. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a large flat-screen TV with DStv and a remote ceiling fan for easy use.
The beach and ocean can be seen from all the rooms, but the sitting room has got 2 glass walls for a continuous view over the breaking waves, and a huge balcony to enjoy the breeze of the ocean as well.
The building complex offers communal built-in braai facilities. Secure parking is available on-site. The building also has a gate, that opens to a pathway leading to the beach within a short walking distance to the main swimming beach.

It would have been nice to have: at least hand towels in the bathroom or installed paper towel dispensers in all the bathrooms, washing machine could have helped seeing that we spent 4 nights and WiFi.

Very nice and peaceful visit. I just appreciated knowing ahead of time that there was a power issue all day so we could take precautions for food etc. But we worked with it and got practice with the stairs. Would still recommend them.
Very nice, only the unit has two washing machines inside, but on both there is a sticker 'not in use', so we had to pay an arm and a leg at the store to wash colors. But otherwise very nice, thank you. And then just in the morning there were a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen, but that's understandable. One cannot get rid of everything in a complex or apartment.
The apartment was close to everything and also close to Galleria Mall. We were there with grandchildren and the apartment was located in such a way that if the children were troublesome, which was the case with the one 2-year-old who became very ill with a viral infection, we were not even a problem for the neighbors not. The staff was also very friendly. We will visit there again and again.

But it's too hot. The bedroom that sleeps 4 is supposed to accommodate 2 people only.

The beach is just few meters from the apartment. Several restaurants are at close proximity too. The owner is friendly and keeps on checking on the occupants, telephonically.
We were 4 adults (2 pensioners) and 2 teenagers. Only 1 key was quite a problem as everyone didn't go the same direction all the time. Showers also not suitable for the elderly.
Apartment is spacious with a lovely sea view and is equipped with everything needed and more.
No hot water in the kitchen which was most inconvenient. This was bought to the attention of the agent, Jana, nothing was done about it. 2. The second bathroom's bath is in a terrible state, could not use the bath, therefore 8 people had to use one bathroom. 3. The mattresses on the bunk beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. 4. Remote not working for a day. 5. Big window in the lounge did not close properly and with the windy conditions, it flapped the blinds constantly making noise. 6. Could not gain access to the roof to hang washing, key faulty.
Was lovely will definitely visit them again. The dishwasher and washing machine with dryer are so convenient.
The place was clean with a great view as well as comfortable and convenient even for people using public transport. The communication is on a higher level and support is given.
We enjoyed it very much.
The place to stay is breathtaking!
