The Beach Breakaway is quite literally a few steps away from the beach, like 10 steps maybe. The house is clean, well equipped and cosy! I would definitely return.
Excellent location on the beach with a convenient restaurant by the side with a playground that really helps with children. If you are sensitive to noise, maybe not the best place, but with your children, it's just perfect to entertain them.
Beach Breakaway was wonderfully neat and clean and our hostess Gizelle was very friendly. The cottage has everything you need and the view is breathtaking. The location next to the restaurant is very convenient and the food there is delicious. Just beware if you are someone who goes to bed early, there is some noise coming from the restaurant, when the customers leave the restaurant. The master bedroom window is near the restaurant entrance. Beach Breakaway is also located next to a parking area so there is also some early morning noise coming from there. The alarm and "beams" are great for security, but I think burglar bars on a window or 2 would just make the place more optimal. It would be nice to be able to sleep with a window open.
Very neat, clean and comfortable.
The location is perfect and the kids had a lot of fun playing and the play frame of the restaurant next door (same owners) kept them busy for hours while we could see them. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Really recommend.
What a wonderful unit and location. View cannot be beat, spotless, great host where nothing was too much. Really felt like home!
Great for young or old, families, families etc.
Felt a bit unsafe with no burglar bars on windows. Also no shower door, which caused water on the bathroom floor.
I first saw the place on the website and thought it would be great as it's near to a restaurant and literally 10-15metres away from the beach. The views are incredible. Had breakfast, lunch and supper from the kitchen looking out at the sea. My partner and I packed so many things, bedding, cutlery but when we got there, everything was there already, including cleaning detergents, washing machine. The place is clean, spacious and the levels of details the owner went through, from the menu of the restaurant next door on the kitchen counter, to the chocolates on the bed, to DStv for nights you feel like not going out. There is an alarm system which you can activate or deactivate if you going out or just sleeping. I would 100% go back again, in fact my partner and I are planning our next trip there! Highly recommend! It's honestly better than some hotels I have stayed in.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner right next door. Lovely, neat, clean house with the most breathtaking view. Definitely, will go again.
