18 guests' feedbackThe accommodation is of excellent quality. The hostess was very helpful and helped us very well. The location is outstanding and the sound of the sea in your ears as you fall asleep was fantastic. Sitting down and reading a book while looking out over the sea was totally awesome. The facility was exceptionally clean and the security was very good.
On arrival we got greeted by the host, a very friendly person. The place was so beautiful; it was like your own little place. It had everything you only had to bring the food for your stay. The view was magical, sleeping and hearing the waves was so tranquil. I seriously want to take the kids there as there is enough activities to do and a pool. So 10 out of 10 for the accommodation.

Wow, I will use Beach Club 165 again. Very peaceful, safe and the sea view is excellent. It was very nice to stay there and our host was fantastic.

Location is not ideal as you are not able to walk around outside the complex. Once inside the complex it is different and very pleasant. The unit has a great view of the sea and you can see the waves. Would recommend with a clear understanding of the location. Initial impression not good but definitely improves the longer you stay there!
Diana welcomed us on arrival and even helped us with luggage. She was always available and answered our questions patiently and enthusiastically. We found the location central to visit nearby attractions and enjoy surrounding restaurants and of course get a closer look at the elephant seal on Sand Bay beach.
The stay was Ok. Fully equiped apartment. Only issues I had was that the place smelt mouldy and that the bedding, blankets and pillows did not smell good. I think it needed a good wash. the location is relevantly close to Hermanus which was good.

Had a lovely stay at Beach Club 165.
Our stay at Beach Club 165 was restful, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time in Hermanus and the surrounding areas. The flat had everything we needed, and we are very impressed with our stay and choice.
Unfortunately the unit had "mould markings", completely understandable with the winter in the Western Cape. With units that we also rent, one would expect that the owner would pay attention to this before deep into the summer. After our road trip and various places of accommodation, the unit was unfortunately not that clean. We booked a few places that were very neat and clean.
