18 guests' feedbackThe apartment needs a lot of TLC and a cleaning. The shower leaked and staff came to check. Will have to pay attention to that.
Cottage is well furnished and clean. Surroundings are beautiful and the pool idyllic.
We did have a problem with the fridge/freezer which resulted in our meat defrosting. We had to cook it all at once to save it. There is also a vast mismatch between the actual inventory and the list. Be sure to check this.
Very neat place, close to several restaurants and shops. The place is cleaned daily.
We arrived on Tuesday afternoon on our honeymoon. We noticed that evening that there was a problem with the hot water pressure. On Wednesday morning I saw the plumber replacing the geyser in another unit and asked him to assist, he said he would report it to the caretaker. After sending an email to the owner as well nothing was attended to until Friday evening but the problem was still not rectified. Felt totally embarrassed taking my new wife on honeymoon and we had to wash in the basin. Will not recommend Beach House 22.
Was very nice, everyone is friendly and it's peaceful. Vehicle is under shade net and there is security watching. Very safe.
Very comfortable and suitable for a small family. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but otherwise all expectations were met. Had a great time and will definitely come again.
Very nice place, would definitely have slept better if there was a queen size bed in the main room as a double is very small for two adults.

Enjoyed the view of the coast line and the beach, most enjoyable was Cape Vidal. Loved the scenery and the animals in the reserve.

We had a very nice stay. Place is neat and exactly what one needs for accommodation in St Lucia. The security also came to call us every time there was a manatee on the premises, which was fantastic to see! The pool is pretty neat. We had a very nice stay.
General water problem in the area could be shared with guests at the time of arrival, not even when asked why there is no water.
I was very disappointed in the house. The photos on the internet are very subjectively taken so you don't know what you are getting. The main bed is almost in the kitchen. The other room is a walk through from outside to the rest of the house, not very practical with small children that go to bed early. The only sitting space is on the patio, which is difficult in bad weather. I found the house to be very small for the amount of money I paid and due to clever photography I thought I was getting 2 bedrooms for what is essentially a bachelor flat. The shower was disgustingly dirty and broken. Missing tiles in the floor, hand shower head missing and the main shower head completely blocked (which they did replace for us when reported) and black mould around. The kitchen was also minimally equipped, in that if you use a spoon or fork while cooking you need to wash dishes before your are able to eat as there are only 4 of everything.
It was such a beautiful area and the hippos walk around near the guesthouse - a must-see. Would stay here again. The place is well-kept.
