The third bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge features a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels and a fireplace. The dining room contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs and an indoor braai.
The dining room has stacker doors that open to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, braai facilities, and a splash pool. The patio and garden area offers direct beach access.
An inverter has been installed at Beach House. All the lights, the fridge, TV, DStv and the Wi-Fi will work during loadshedding. Guests can also use the plugs in the lounge to charge mobile devices, but please do not plug any item that uses a lot of power (kettle, heater etc.) into the plugs in the lounge.

This house is a slice of paradise with all the amenities needed for a luxury holiday. The house is very neat, with great bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. The claw-foot tub was a lovely surprise. They even supply beach towels, which was an added bonus. The location is ideal, close enough to run to the shops while being right on the beach. Protected from the wind, this house is like a bubble. I would highly recommend it for a family vacation! We had the best time and cannot wait to go back.
I lied to my family. Tell me I booked a place far from the sea. When we arrived, they were amazed by the view of the deep blue sea. The stoep immediately became our hangout where we made use of the boxes full of playing cards. The kitchen was equipped with quality utensils and we could barbecue inside or outside. The rooms were super clean and the showers hot on our salty skin after swimming in the sea and pool. Even a hot shower outside while you can hear the waves of the sea. The sunset was of course busy with its paintbrush and made for incredibly beautiful portraits in our camera lenses. Restaurant was walking distance and my boys could work on their fitness with a nice jog along the sea, as well as in town. Friendly service. Thank you very much for giving my family a perfect 2 days. We also felt safe the whole time.
Awesome views all around. Safe and fully alarmed, clean with all your needs being catered to the finest detail. The location is perfect.
The Beach House has everything and more you need for a weekend away. Wonderful sea view. The house is clean and equipped with everything and more that is needed. The indoor grill was a huge bonus! We were also surprised with a bottle of wine and a sweet. The outdoor shower was lovely! Rooms are spacious. Would definitely recommend The Beach House and for sure we will be back.
The Beach House is everyone's dream vacation spot. The house is well equipped, beautifully clean and perfectly located for any guest to just arrive and relax without any hassle.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely with comfy rooms, nice bathrooms, DStv, and a well-appointed kitchen. The best things about the house are direct access to the beach and the wonderful view of the beach and sea from the sheltered patio. The pool was a real bonus although we enjoyed a couple of bracing swims in the sea!
Glad we took the advice to use alarm beams at night. Had 2 incidents of undesirables looking into bedroom windows at night. Alarm alerted us and we were able to chase them away. Constant harassment by locals selling seafood/shells or just general begging was a big downside to the weekend. Would not take no for an answer and would become quite aggressive. Realised we should definitely keep all valuables out of sight.
The Beach House is really a lovely place. The location is fantastic - you really walk right onto the beach - it has a wonderful view. It is a very well equipped, clean and spacious house and we had a great stay there.
Love the open plan concept with braai which allows for indoor/outdoor entertainment. The fireplace in the lounge also adds cosiness to that space. Comfortable beds, clean en-suite bathrooms and great high end appliances ensured that we experienced a perfect weekend stay. The welcome treat was a thoughtful bonus. We received the full refundable deposit within days without hassle. Will definitely stay here again.
For us it was very nice and will definitely go back to Beach House.
Beach House is well kitted out and the standard was relatively high.
TV in the main bedroom did not work. No instructions on how to use TVs. No instructions who to call if alarm goes off (which it did).

The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
A non-refundable pet deposit per pet is payable with the balance 7 days before arrival. Maximum 2 dogs with prior arrangements.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
