1. Only 2 day visitors are allowed to visit short-term guests concurrently. Visitors are not permitted after 21:00.2. Noise regulations must be observed; no loud music and no slamming of doors.
3. No braaing will be allowed in any part of the building.
4. No trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked in the building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
5. Guests may not hang laundry/wetsuits/towels on patios/overhand railings.
6. Smoking is not permitted in the building or its common areas.
7. Guests may not make use of the surfboard or bicycle racks.
9. Guests are not permitted pets.
10. Guests are required to use their allocated parking bay only (to avoid being clamped and paying a fine).
11. The once-off cleaning fee covers the restocking and exit cleaning of the unit. If you would like to book additional housekeeping services, feel free to speak to us about the options.
