House rules

Property rules (a comprehensive list is available at the property, or upon request):

* Beach Splendor @ 24 La Crete Sands is a private, upmarket apartment.
* The La Crete Sands Body Corporate Rules must be adhered to, in addition to the following house rules.

1) Maximum of 6 people allowed in total (including babies and children), and only a maximum of 4 adults.
2) No pets allowed
3) No damaging the epoxy countertops! Please use the chopping boards, and the pot stands provided.
4) No unreasonable noise can be heard throughout the day. Therefore, no screaming, loud music
5) Respect that there are permanent residents living at the complex
6) No Smoking except by the braai area.
7) No smoking of Cannabis (weed), or anything else illegal.
8) No beach sand is allowed into the property
- Wash off the sea sand by the tap at the pool gate.
- Remove all sea sand from your clothes and towels, before putting them into the washing machine.
9) No Day Visitors allowed without my consent.
10) No staining of the linen with hair dye, blood, mascara, foundation, chocolate, wine, etc.
11) A cleaning fee of R250 will be charged, if the house is left in an untidy state upon check-out.
12) The owner reserves the right of admission.
13) The person making the booking is responsible for the cost of damages. The cost of damages are to be paid within 1 week of when the invoice for the damages have been submitted.
