House rules
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. However, if guests are staying for a week or longer, the linen will be cleaned and replaced once a week free of charge. Housekeeping can be requested for an additional charge.Please remember that this is a residential zone. As such, please keep noise levels at a decent level out of respect for the neighbours around you.
Noise levels must be kept down after 22h00 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends.
Visitors are welcome via prior arrangements made with the host, however, the amount of individuals that are permitted to stay overnight is restricted to the amount specified in the booking.
The alarm must be turned on when departing the premises.
Please be sure to close all windows/doors prior to leaving the premises to avoid interference with the alarm system.
Fires must only be made in the designated fire areas.
As Namibia is in the middle of a severe drought, we urge you to conserve water wherever possible.
In accordance with Namibian law, all smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and any individual who fails to comply will have a fine levied against them.
Please be sure to report any breakages inside the unit with the host.
No blankets, towels or any other items may be removed from the property.
In the event that there are any damages to the property or its contents, or something goes missing, the individual responsible for the booking will be held liable.
When the bin indoors is full, please remove the bag and dispose of it in the large black bins on the property.
