The apartment is clean and spacious, but the was no dishwasher, and only one toilet paper per bathroom for the whole weekend, also it would be nice if they can add coffee and sugar just for welcoming their guest. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The stay was amazing with my family. In terms of self-catering, I would say this apartment was the best I've stayed at; it had everything. The place was incredibly clean, very peaceful, and quiet even with the permanent residents in the complex. The view from the balcony was extremely amazing, especially the easy access straight from the main bedroom. I would only suggest extra toilet paper be supplied in the house as we ran out on the last night. Other than that, it was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Apartment has the most delightful veranda overlooking the sea. You can just relax and enjoy the view whether it's fair weather or bad weather. Here you can rest.

We had a wonderful time - the sea view from our bedside was such a blessed bonus and the fact that we had options of the pool or beach at our fingertips was awesome for the kids. As a family, we could never afford to go away for a weekend and we never felt the need to either. We were too busy just surviving on the Cape Flats. We received a windfall and decided on the spur of the moment to go away for three days. It was the best time we have ever had as a family. The apartment is fitted out so well that makes everything easy and comfortable. It is spacious and tidy and everything works! We were accommodated by the owners who gave some leeway because we needed to arrange transport. And Miekie, the housekeeper was just so perky and friendly and made us so comfortable with her welcoming us. The views of the beach especially the sunset really made us appreciate the beauty of the City we live in. We had meals on the balcony and even did our prayers in solace on the balcony. Our stay was truly heaven sent. It gave us space and time to review, re-assess and rejuvenate as a family. Thank you to all especially Bertena and Miekie.

This is my second time here, once again enjoying ourselves. The apartment is clean, tidy and well equipped. Miekie, the lady who met me at the apartment is still as friendly as last time. It was funny to see the beach so empty, it was quiet, quite missed the ambience of people enjoying themselves on the beach. Will definitely book here again.

Apartment is very well located, very clean and bathrooms and kitchen are beautifully new and well furnished with everything you might need.

This was my second time staying at the apartment. I Booked again as I rated the place 5 stars the first time around as I had no issues. But this time was not as pleasant. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as my parents joined me this year. Firstly, the DStv did not work. Secondly, there were no towels in the bathrooms and not all doors could lock especially the en-stuite bathroom door. Thirdly, be warned the apartment is between permanent residence so you feel as though you are being watched all the time. A gentleman at apartment 2 followed us after we came back from the shops wanting to give me the rules to say that we are not allowed to have visitors. I explained to him that we are staying there and we have no visitors. To make things worse he did not believe me so he told my husband the same thing when my husband went to the braai area. I was aware about the visitors rule and I wont intentionally break the rule. This made us so uncomfortable that we decided not to use the pool facility and could not wait to get home. Before we left we cleaned the kitchen and packed things away that we used. To my surprise I received a message from the cleaning lady saying that the agent or owner was upset because the mats had crumbs and the floors were dirty. I was shocked. I am also in hospitality industry and have been at many places and never was this a issue. I have worked in the hotel industry for 8 years. I paid a cleaning fee. Was I expected to clean the place before I leave? No, absolutely not. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this. This place will never hear from me again.

Very friendly lady, Miekie received me and made me feel right at home. Very peaceful, the apartment is much bigger than I expected, you wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed, even barbecue grills are provided by the complex. Will definitely stay there again next time.

A family of 5 spent 2 nights at this specific apartment. It was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed by a lady with a warm heart named Miekie who kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make our stay enjoyable. The place is close to shops, opposite the beach, safe, secure parking and clean. The place is more than value for money and I would definitely recommend it 100 percent.
