Quiet and safe with lovely rooms. Has everything you need in the chalet. The host was a very good host and we felt very welcome! Will definitely be back when we're in PE.

The location is great. The staff was also very friendly and even let us bring our bags earlier. . However the room was not very clean. The Bed was clean and the towels. But the fridge was dirty, the kettle and shower head needed a proper clean. . The remotes were also not working. . I would maybe add a bedsheet to the bed. . I would also reccomend adding burglar bars or some extra saftey feature to the sliding doors as we felt a bit uneasy.
Easy check-in and check-out. Quick but clear explanation of amenities and procedures. Special effort made with power generation during load shedding. Very conveniently located.
Shower head to be replaced or serviced. Pillows on the bed of very poor quality and recommend replacement.
Lady didn't want to check me in after waiting for her boss to reply. I waited a long time.

While the room was clean and tidy, it could do with a bit of TLC. Lounge furniture needs some care and the drain needs a clean as the toilet was bubbling.
On arrival very noisy, host we promise there is a cut off time, only became quiet after 3 in the morning when it is loadshedding.
The chamber drums were rusty and broken. There was no hand soap at the sink. The milk powder for the coffee was old and hard, the tea container didn't even have a lid. The pan and other kitchen utensils were rusty. The managers did not receive us. I will not sleep there again. We spent R3600 for 2 nights because we booked 3 rooms. I paid R600 pnpp with breakfast in the heart of Sedgefield and it was value for money. Really very disappointed.
Only customer service is on arrival when you receive the keys. The unit had cockroaches in, even after we reported the problem.
Would recommend anyone to use the web page. The service at your place is wonderful, our stay was safe and on the beach and close to everything.
No chair in room, it's neat, but expected more.
A very restful visit with easy access to the Summerstrand.
It was a bit of a disappointing stay. The room we stayed in wasn't the same one as advertised on the website. Even though there was a microwave oven, there was no electrical plug by it. The kettle was on top of the microwave but had to be moved to plug into the extension cord by the bed to boil water. We only discovered another plug behind the curtain later, although doubt whether the cord would have been long enough to stand the kettle on the table while waiting for it to boil. The towel rail was loose and fell down when we took the towels off and the handle for the bathroom door was also loose. The bed was comfortable.
The residential unit was very neat and clean, upon our arrival the owner was already ready for us to accompany us to the residential unit, there is also secure parking for your vehicle. I would recommend Beachway to everyone.
We arrived earlier from Cape Town and were accommodated immediately. A very peaceful, clean, friendly and safe place to spend some time. Near all amenities. Friendly staff. Really worth every penny. Thanks.
Our stay was comfortable. The shower was very nice. Even though the toilet got blocked we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my visit there, the room was tasteful and comfortable, kitchens available and neat bathroom facilities. Location quiet and spent a peaceful night. Will definitely stay there again if I have to spend the night in Port Elizabeth again!
Not bad, but our towels were not replaced on our 2nd day (smelly) and the toilet did not work. We reported the toilet but nothing was done. There is no security gate that closes at night but there is a security camera - anybody can walk in from the street right up to your room. The hostess deducted the entire amount for our stay from my card but we already paid 50% deposit. Hosts are friendly but the service is a bit lacking. The money was refunded very soon after we left (appreciated).
