House rules

All Guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the park. Failure to comply will result in guest occupancy being cancelled with immediate effect. Refunds will not be provided in any of these instances.
We reserve the right to modify/change these Rules and Regulations without prior notice.
Surveillance camera systems are deployed extensively within public areas of the unit. Where used appropriately, these systems are valuable tools which contribute to safety and security and in protecting both people and property. Any guest that occupies the unit, hereby grant permission and authorisation to be under video surveillance whilst staying at Beachwood Cottage.
In terms of the park rules and regulations, to which all permanent residents and guests are subjected to, the maximum number of individuals at any time in Beachwood Cottage, is 8. Note that anybody, from the age of 5, is counted as an adult. Therefore, during your stay, you are not allowed to host any event/party.
In terms of the park rules and regulation, should a guest host any visitors in compliance with rule 4, these visitors must leave the park by no later than 22h00. Any individual failing to leave the park by 22h00, will be liable to pay the full evening rate for the unit.
All guests must adhere to the park speed limit of 15km per hour.
Caravans, erection of tents, portable pools, motorbikes, quadbikes, busses and boats are not allowed
Normal Municipal rules and regulations apply in Fleur Park
Guests are not permitted to consume alcohol on the public areas of Fleur Park. This includes your vehicle, the beach, or any park space (garden/lawn) within the park.
Guests will be held liable for the full cost of the damage caused to the common property of Fleur Park and/or the private property and will be recovered from the guest by deducting the cost from their deposit. Should this not be sufficient, guests would have to make arrangements for the payment of the balance owing. Fleur Park and/or any private owner reserve the right to take legal measures to recover the cost of any damages.
Loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse and drugs are not permitted. No noise allowed between 23h00 and 09h00. No playing music from vehicles at all. Please consider your neighbours at all times and refrain from loud talking, screaming and loud music.
Kindly make use of the access roads to the beach and avoid walking across the property of other units. These are privately owned and it constitutes as trespassing.
Fires: Are only permitted in the designated braai areas
Pets: Guests are not permitted to bring pets to Fleur Park
Parking/Driving: Only 2 vehicles per house is allowed. All vehicles must park in the designated parking area. One additional parking space is available should you receive visitors during your stay. Please note that no guest is allowed to park on the park/lawn area in front of the unit. Any vehicle parked in prohibited areas, will be clamped and the owner will be fined, or the vehicle will be towed at the cost of the individual.
Refuse: Please use the bins provided. All refuse must be placed in a black bag before being placed in the bins provided. Please do not dump/throw or leave shells/stones/gravel/bones or cigarette butts on the grass or in the gardens.
No playing of ball games between the houses or parked cars.
The use of the Spa is only for occupants of Beachwood Cottage and no visitors are allowed to use the facility.
Your comfort and safety is our top priority during your stay. If at any time and for any reason you feel uncomfortable during your session in the spa, please report this to your rental agent and end the session immediately.
To ensure that other units are not disturbed, please keep noise to a minimum while using the Spa. The spa is only to be used between 09h00 and 22h00.
It is the responsibility of each guest to consult with their medical professional before using the spa, to determine if they have any medical or other conditions and whether such a condition poses a threat to anyone’s health and/or safety.
Beachwood Cottage management reserve the rights to deny entry or services of Spa to any guest over concerns for health and/or safety risks.
Minors must have a parent or guardian present throughout the entirety of the minor’s session in the spa.
Beachwood Cottage cannot be responsible for minors left unattended in the spa.
No food and/or drink permitted in the spa.
No smoking is allowed inside the property of Beachwood Cottage.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in or on the sides of the spa.
No personal music equipment, boomboxes or extra speakers are allowed.
The person that made the booking, is responsible for all guests in the house.
Beachwood Cottage management and/or any representative thereof reserve the right to remove any guest from the premises and/or revoke/suspend/terminate the occupancy of any guest who fails to follow the Rules and Regulations for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, moral turpitude or fraud. Refunds will not be provided in any of these instances.
