Again, it was a peaceful getaway to just relax and rest a bit. So the ideal place to choose where you can use the swimming pool and braai facilities. Even the beach is nearby and several eateries are located nearby to entertain yourself. Always very friendly with every reception. And just want to thank her very much.

Attending a wedding in Philadelphia from Johannesburg, Melkbosstrand was a great seaside 1/2 way point and a welcome respite from busy Cape Town. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and Inn and the owners are absolute breathes of fresh air - so friendly, welcoming and accommodating - they make you feel as if you're in a home away from home. I loved the breakfasts and everything in the room and bathroom was thoughtfully and tastefully laid out. The only downside was not being able to stay longer but it will be the only place I stay should I come to Cape Town again!
I was warmly received and communicated beforehand on Whatsapp. I was invited to come over a little earlier and enjoy the wonderful air conditioning on the hottest day on earth. Literally. The place is wonderfully laid out in a peaceful single and even the corridors were air-conditioned. I was received as more than just a guest, but a friend. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were fresh and clean. I would recommend Beachwood Inn over any other places!

We had an overnight stay. It was 5 minutes from the venue we attended. It was a bit noisy though. The staff was awesome. 10/10. Friendly and lovely. For a quick stay, it's good. Conference or business.
Beechwood is very secluded and peaceful, close enough to shops and it makes the ideal place to rest.

Spotless rooms, top to bottom. Incredible value and I cannot find a single thing to complain about.
Comfort in high quality rooms, well stocked with quality soap/shampoo. Outside patios and braai room are excellent. Tasty breakfast with a large variety. Would stay here again anytime. The host is very pleasant.
