2 guests' feedbackSo very nice and beautiful place with the fish pond outside. Could watch the fish for hours and enjoy the birdlife just as much. Well equipped. Upgrades done recently. Owner and caretaker helpful and quick to help (via W'app). Love the filter coffee options. Walking distance from the beach. Spar just opposite as well as petrol station. Sometimes a little noise from the street, but not disturbing. Complex itself very quiet and safe. Swimming pool with nice view. Keep in mind that the fishpond/water area may be dangerous for parents with small children (hence the three star safety rating).
It was really nice, the kitchen was equipped with all the equipment to make your holiday as comfortable as possible, eg dishwasher and tumble dryer. The television options were also nice because you have access to everything eg, Showmax, Netflix, DStv etc. The location is amazing and close to everything you need and it's really beautiful. We enjoyed it very much and are already planning our second holiday there.

Only 6 guests are permitted to stay at Beau Rivage 9 at any one time.All Guests are required to sign an indemnity form before arriving at the Beau Rivage Complex, for security purposes. This will be sent via email address before the arrival date.
No animals are allowed.
Strictly no smoking policy inside the unit. Please kindly use the outside patio.
Beau Rivage 9 has a 5kVA inverter system to carry guests through power outages. Please do not overload the system during power outages, this will result in automatically being cut off by the system, and guests will have to wait for the next business day to be reconnected.
The Beau Rivage complex has lagoons and streams. These bodies of water are not fenced. All children must be supervised in the proximity of the water bodies around the Beau Rivage complex.
All water bodies and water ways in Beau Rivage are not to be used for model boating, fishing or any other purpose other than a scenic amenity.
Use of the pool is strictly for residents staying in Beau Rivage 9 only. No outside persons are permitted to use the pool area. Children under the age of 10 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
No glass containers are permitted by the pool.
The squash court is available for use between 07H00 and 21H00.
Complex speed limit is 5km/h. Please do not block the road access at the front of Beau Rivage 9.
DSTV Compact Package is available at Beau Rivage 9, which does not include the major sporting channels.
Please do not sign out of the Netflix account.
Please respect the neighbours. No disturbance, interference or impinging upon the amenities of other tenants.
