We had a nice stay but the stairs to the bathroom were not very nice, and also the fact that the toilet has no door was not very nice.
I was quite disappointed in this unit. We have stayed here in the past but slept in a different unit. That oneness surprised me and we had a very good experience. Unfortunately, it was not the same with this stay. The bathroom's access is uncomfortable and can even be dangerous for persons with small children or the elderly. The handrail that one must use to get down the stairs safely was loose. This would cause one to definitely fall if one needed to. The sink outlet was broken. We were told by the person who received us that there was milk in the fridge for coffee. Indeed it was, but the milk was at least two weeks old and well on its way to becoming feta cheese. I believe that with a little attention, this unit will definitely be worth it again, but for now, I'd rather sleep somewhere else.
Dudu was great - the only staff member who engaged with the guests. No communication with power outage, only Dudu who offered to help with updates. No emergency lights - had to struggle with candles. Old and although clean linen, towels and surfaces - mold in the shower and faucets. The condition of the place is old and dilapidated and is not at all conveyed in the photos on the website. WiFi didn't work. TV didn't work.
