Not too bad, not too bad at all.
The place is not well looked after. It's better for sleep and go, not for relaxing.
The facilities were not what I would expect from a guesthouse.

Unit 7's bathroom was dirty, coffee mugs had old rings inside.
It's a quiet area. So we slept well. The photos on the website are not what you see there. Please update the photos. The bathroom door couldn't close and although it is self catering there is no sink to wash dishes in, if done in the bathroom sink. The shower head also sprays in all directions. The double bed mattress also makes a lot of noise and with small children it was a mission to be soft. But it's safe and covered parking with a locking gate. And the owner is friendly. So if it is just updated or upgraded a bit, we would recommend it. Thank you very much.
Friendly people, nice and quiet, clean and tidy overnight accommodation close to the main road.
Certainly not up to standard of what I'm used to. Even affordable accommodation is usually neat and clean. We booked 2 rooms, one's curtains wouldn't close properly no matter how you pull them, sheets had mold stains on them. I understand that coffee etc. thrown out in a container, but then it must be kept clean and tidy. There was a dead spider carcass on the wall. All the pictures on the walls were hanging crooked, creating an overall bad image and I took pictures of it all. Can't just be talked to death. Blinds in second room were broken in places and very full of dust. Definitely not recommended and disappointed that this is advertised.
The place is clean, tidy and peaceful. Large room and large bathroom. The owner stayed up late to wait for us and was very courteous. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise everything was great.
Very nice stay, Uncle Willie and his wife are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Slept like a rock after a long day in Bloemfontein. Will visit again. Thank you very much for everything.
Wonderful hospitality, room was clean and neat.
On arrival the necessary paperwork was not correct. Showed I owed money that had already been paid months ago. The one room didn't even have its own bathroom and we had to use the common bathroom of the owners. Was honestly not a pleasant overnight stay.
It did not offer what it says on the website. It was dirty and messy.
Very small for family of 4. Due to the "dry wall" walls, it is not soundproof and there is no privacy. The facilities are more suitable for backpackers or someone just looking for a room. And price-wise it is around R350 per night.
The reception was not very welcoming. No faults with accommodation, it was comfortable. We had to take a bigger room because the other rooms were fully booked. But during our stay there, to our knowledge, there were no other guests...it seemed strange.
Very nice people, but the place was not clean and not value for money. Rooms are not well finished.

Willie was friendly and helpful. Tjokkie, the brown labbie, was adorable. Finishing of rooms needs attention.
