6 guests' feedbackThe location was perfect for us. Very close to the animal "Sanctuaries" and several beautiful routes to ride. Lorna was friendly and welcomed us well and made us feel right at home. The house was lovely and well appointed and furnished. Very clean with all amenities imaginable. We will definitely stay there again. Lorna went out of her way to help us with a medical machine I forgot at home. It was definitely our holiday's salvation.
Welcoming studio nestled amongst trees. Safe parking. Awesome trails in and around the area, good for running. Easy access to the N2.
The farm is excellently located. Lorna welcomed us well and made us feel right at home. The house was perfect and definitely one of the best we have had in the area. It was beautifully furnished, very clean with all amenities imaginable. The book collection was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay there again.
Honeycomb Cottage's view of native gorge and mountain range is beautiful. Surrounded by tranquility, the place is just good for the soul. The N2 was not disturbing for us at all, because the house lives towards the valley side. The house is beautiful and new with its 3 delightful porches, wonderful books, board games, homely atmosphere, large windows and sliding doors. Rooms and bathrooms surprisingly large. Kitchen's view and open plan with living area make family time precious. Lorna is an exceptional hostess. Being off the grid is very convenient. Cycling routes from the cottage are a further bonus.
The cottage and host at Beesential Farm provided the perfect nest during a family trip down the Garden Route. It's peaceful, scenic setting was the perfect resting spot in between enjoying the vast selection of activities in and around the area. Lorna was incredibly helpful and has also equipped this space with every imaginable little touch to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The location is ideal, with Nature's Valley and Plet both a few minutes away by car. This allows you to enjoy the rustic charm of the surrounding natural beauty knowing that life's little luxuries are readily available if you choose. Definitely one of my top destinations to date!
Best stay in a very long time, by the sea, but in the forest. Wish there was a twin of it here in Gauteng or Limpopo. Immaculately clean, inside and out. Hostess and her staff great. Absolute peace and quiet. 10/10 thank you very much!
