19 guests' feedbackWe could just relax and switch off. The house's location is private and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The house is well furnished and comfortable. Perhaps not recommended for families with rambunctious children - they will be bored, but it's ideal for a family that just wants to relax. Easy to drive somewhere for the day from there, whether to the town, sea, restaurants or the West Coast National Park. Just note that the house keys have to be collected and handed in from an office in town a few kilometers away.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Casa. The unit is extremely neat and tidy. Everything that we needed was provided. The location of Bella Casa is great too. Close to the town, beaches and Club Mykonos. Definitely worth it.
Really beautiful, had a really awesome experience and can't wait for our next visit.
Had issues with the braai area the first night. Cowl/chimney was not working effectively but was fixed the next day.
I still haven't heard back about my breakage deposit, so can't comment.
We were just disappointed as there is no pool nearby even though there is a pool advertised.
Bella Casa is everything you want during your vacation.
It was my 2nd time in the country estate. It's so nice every time, everyone who stays there is always friendly. Would recommend for people who want to go for the beach environment. Lots of nice places to eat and nice marquees.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything you need is there. My kids had an awesome time. The surroundings are quiet and just stunning. Location is close to everything and is very safe. It's nice going somewhere where everything is so neat. Well done Bella Casa!

There should be signs posted at every street entrance because it was a pain to find Bella Casa in the dark.

I was surprised and disappointed that the unit is not cleaned thoroughly, eg. clear white hair on the carpet in the living room. Is the cleaning checked? The unit's maintenance is not done regularly, e.g. leak on porch, clear signs of leak in master bedroom and cushion on dining room chair straps are off - can't attach to chair. The unit is not fully equipped, e.g. no "adapter" for two-prong mobile phone charger, no hairdryer, only 2 place mats for 4 people. My general impression is that it is not worth 4 stars.
We really enjoyed our time. The accommodation had everything we wanted. It was really value for money.

All facilities are used at their own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangement for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. Towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
The following are not allowed at the property;
Any commercial activity, team building, party or disco, 21st birthday party,
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21-year-olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.
