We had a wonderful time to relax and unwind. The cottage was top notch and had all we needed and more. We took a walk around Koringberg and enjoyed the views and bird life.

The cottage was exactly as the photos online, plus more. The attention to detail in every area was superb, and the hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. A real cosy winter destination, an ideal spot for a breakaway from the hustle and bustle of city life!

This is a high touch experience for a couple who wants peace and tranquility in the beautiful Swartland environment. All amenities and what is available in the cottage exceed what is usually provided in a self-catering establishment. Also, great service and availability from the managing agent.

The location and character of the cottage was very appealing. However, the lack of glazed (glass) windows was a major drawback in the cold weather. To keep the cold out (to a degree) all of the security shutters had to be closed, which meant that the amazing view could not be enjoyed and the lights had to be switched on. Only the fire kept the place cosy under those circumstances. When we saw the pictures it was not immediately apparent that the security shutters were the only way to close up the cottage.
Had a great time. Very safe. Excellent cleanliness everything you need.
