Bella Mia is a very nice place, unfortunately it is not sound proof, and we had to listen to someone throwing up all weekend, from morning to night and every time we want to shower there was no hot water, geyser wash on a timer, So with no sleep for 3 days due to the neighbors throwing up and no hot water, we didn't rest at all, and it made our trip to Langebaan horrible, and when we got there we had to ' A R800 deposit paid for the keys, which was nowhere mentioned when you made the reservation. Sound proof the place and take the timer off the geyser, then it will be a very cool place.
It was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and the chairs were also uncomfortable. Would recommend they provide for loadshedding, couldn't make tea.

Really enjoyed my stay at Bella Mia. Close to the beachfront and casino. The customer service was really good. My car was parked within a secure complex and I could rest with ease. Could recommend if intending to stay for a few days.
Walking distance from beach. Would prefer a little bit bigger work surface for kitchen area. Enjoyed stay, was even able to barbecue outside on Saturday, with reasonable wind. We loved the dish washing service. The rates are among the lowest for the highest standards. We were so grateful and lucky to find a place there and had a great stay. This place was amazing. Simply put. Clean, safe, spacious enough for a couple of two with good surroundings like the Kokomo bar and of course, the beach. Very very nice stay. Would recommend 6/5 times.

Bella Mia is a very neat, clean and comfortable guest house. It is centrally located to visit all the places in and around Langebaan. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners. The place itself is very nicely laid out with three double rooms, each with its own private bathroom as well as privacy outside. If one wanted to braai, the owners were more than willing to provide a braai as well as wood. We will return to Bella Mia any time for a nice rest stop. I definitely recommend Bella Mia!

First of all I have to say that the unit is very neat and modern. Perhaps some of the modern fads sometimes cause more inconvenience than convenience. The owners are very helpful. However, there are two things that bother. The location of the guesthouse is close to the main road. All traffic is therefore audible and is very disturbing for a light sleeper. Second, the units are not soundproof. One hears the neighbors talking and it can be disturbing if the neighbors are noisy. There is only secure parking for two vehicles - so if you arrive late, your car must be parked on the pavement. However, I insisted on safe parking and Ann made a plan - thanks for that.

We had a great stay. It was so clean and tidy and they are very hospitable and helpful. It's close to everything and it's private and modern and cosy. We will go back tomorrow if we can.

Beautiful unit close to all amenities, walking distance from lagoon. Owner might consider panel heater in room as it gets extremely cold at night as the tiled floor makes the unit even colder. Other than that we fully enjoyed our stay.
I was a bit disappointed when they had no stove, but nevertheless, I would definitely visit again.
