Our staff stayed at Bella Vista 6, and we had problems with our booking from our side, but Bella Vista 6 was so understanding and helpful. That says a lot about their service. They were helpful and accommodated us. The accommodation is very adequate and it was a lovely stay for our team. The rooms were neat, clean, safe, and secure.
Everything one needs. Thank you very much for the block-out curtains! The two full bathrooms are a plus. Neat linen and furniture, and nice porch. Easy access with a gate to practically the sea.
Conveniently situated across the road from the point. And a good 5-minute warm-up stroll to supers. Good value for money.
Only down side was the entrance in Mimosa Street, very steep down and back up for the vehicles. If a person doesn't have a vehicle that can handle it, you have got a huge problem getting out of Bella Vista 6.
Recommendation: Possible WiFi. More KykNet channels on TV. Pool was very very dirty and was not cleaned regularly. A roof fan or small moveable fans would be a great asset in the summer, because it was quite stuffy inside the rooms.
The place needs a lot of work. Being neglected and there is no wifi.
Complaint is that there was no gas plate. Couldn't cook all day because load shedding.

Nice clean unit, nice shower and comfortable beds - would have been even nicer if the pool was open.
Met by friendly staff who were extremely efficient and helpful. The accommodation was very well laid out with all amenities, extremely clean and good decor. Everything in good working order and where there was a planned power cut we were informed in advance and were able to work around it.

Stay was very nice, only regret is that I chose the complex over the pool for the children and after the first swim the pool was closed for no reason. Children were then unable to gain access to the advertised swimming pool.
I like it, there is everything, it is close to the beach and shops. They must only fix the swimming pool because it's summer now.
I was not happy. I asked for a room by the pool and was advised that the pool is not in use. I have children and they wanted to swim and could not.
Lots of space and offers everything your family needs. Definitely good value for money. Location is close to the beach and shops. Highly recommended!
Just wish we had been notified in advance that the resort had a water problem, other than that it was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
There are a lot of stairs so it is not wheelchair friendly or efficient as my daughter and I both have difficulty walking. So I would recommend mentioning it in advertisement that there are many stairs and not wheelchair friendly.
