The villa comprises five bedrooms, all en-suite, and accommodates up to ten people very comfortably. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath and a shower or shower only. There is a sleeper couch in the one bedroom, which accommodates a maximum of two small children under the age of 12 only, arranged at an additional charge.
The double-storey villa features an upstairs lounge area with sofas and a large flatscreen smart TV, an 8-seater dining table, and a built-in braai, with full sea views. This room has sliding doors that lead onto a private sea-facing balcony with a plunge pool that is also a heated Jacuzzi.
Downstairs is a spacious open-plan room with a 10-seater dining table and a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, and a fridge-freezer. There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher which has direct access into the double automated garage. A guest toilet and outdoor shower is available. Other amenities include uncapped Wi-Fi, a pool table and darts board in the garage, an alarm, electrical fencing, a full inverter system for loadshedding, as well as a fully enclosed garden.

House rules
There is an inverter/solar backup electricity supply for loadshedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights.The final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival.
For international guests only the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Local residents need to prepay the breakage deposit via EFT.
A maximum of 10 people sharing 5 en-suite bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
Additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the one bedroom at an extra cost per child per night. This can be arranged by prior request only and pre-payment is required.
This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also no safety net on the splash pool / Jacuzzi. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
