The welcome with sherry, coffee/tea and biscuits, a large container of fresh milk and the treats on the bed was also a surprise, thank you very much. We had a great rest and breakfast by a fireplace the next morning was top notch. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
Unbelievably nice stay, top notch hospitality.
Will definitely recommend to others. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were neat; bed slept like a dream; even received complimentary water bottles. Breakfast (included in price) was top notch! A security guard even watched over the premises through the night. Even though we only stayed one night, it felt like a mini vacation. Will definitely stay at Bellstone again if we go to Pretoria!
Bellstone Bed & Breakfast is definitely the best guesthouse in Pretoria. We enjoyed our time here so much. Als was perfect and comfortable. Gilda and Portia went out of their way to make our stay so nice and perfect. We will definitely visit again.

Very nice lighting. Customer service and friendliness very good. So the little things that count and matter. Coffee and chocolate on arrival in bed. Necessary bathroom toiletries available. Even the toilet paper made you feel dizzy.

On arrival there was someone to escort us to our respective rooms, the communication throughout was fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for this team!

Enjoyed the little things like the chocolates and Cappuccino in the towel, the OBS and the rusk. I only realized too late that there was a fridge, because the fridge is in the closet.

The positives: Good quality beds and linen, delicious and exquisite breakfast. The negative: On a Sunday evening we are received by a gate guard and have to walk to our room in the dark. No garden lights and we feel slightly unsafe. The room given to us is not what was booked on the website and there is a bad food smell in the room. Although the management I contacted did their best to rectify the situation by giving us another room, this was also negative. The carpets have large dirty spots/stains on them, some of the furniture is broken and the one electric blanket and bedside light are out of order. Not at all what I expected and for me not value for money.
Enjoyed it very much with friendly reception and service, delicious breakfast and a neat, clean room! Room is well equipped and no shortage of coffee, sugar and tea.

Beautiful guesthouse with private rooms. The hostess was very friendly and we enjoyed the stay. Only critique is that we had to fill in a list with personal details again after we did everything online already.
The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and treated our large group with many children warmly and kindly. The children loved the whole adventure around the guest house, among the trees in the garden. Our older folks were fine with us and very impressed with the overall experience of the stay. Of all the places where my family and I have stayed overnight, you are definitely the one place that took our breath away with your service, your rooms and all! Bellstone Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful guest house with all the necessary facilities. Although it's in the city, it didn't feel that way at all with the beautiful gardens. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious! The manager's hospitality and kindness made us feel very much at home.
