Belurana River Manor was fantastic. The rooms are spacious, have everything needed and are painstakingly neat and spotless. The location is perfect, on the river, it's nice and quiet and it's close to good places to eat. We would without a doubt visit Belurana again and recommend anytime.
Lovely accommodation with friendly staff. Mobile phone reception in the room is very weak. The Wi-Fi works well for work but not always for streaming. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Upington.
I had a very nice stay. Poppie at reception is very friendly and helpful. Room has all necessary luxuries available.
They were certainly not prepared to receive us. There was only one staff member on duty. She had to check us in, bartend and clean up after there was a storm. Our room leaked during the night and she was also the only one on duty to help. There wasn't even anyone to help us unpack the car nor when we had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
Pleasant facility, set on the banks of the river. Access was confusing, but we found our way.
The people at the hotel are wonderful, they all went the extra 100 miles to solve our personal problem. Thanks again for all the help. The service and breakfast are perfect as they were before Covid.

Beautiful place, just needs a bit of extra maintenance here and there, with the lot of rain our roof leaked a lot so the floor was soaking wet.
Pool was lovely and staff very friendly. It's a beautiful place but our door couldn't lock. The Jacuzzi tub jets were not working and we were so looking forward to it and the coffee area was full of ants. We also couldn't have dinner there and had to drive again to eat. Furthermore, it was very clean and peaceful. Will definitely stay there again if all these things are sorted out.
Not very impressed by accommodation. Dirty carpets in the bathroom, everything felt abandoned, couldn't even order a cup of coffee. For what we paid, I will not recommend this accommodation.
We had a fantastic night on the banks of the Orange River. The staff are hospitable, friendly and extremely professional. The unit is absolutely beautiful and very tidy. The view was breathtaking from our unit and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

We had a very nice stay. However, the rooms need some work. The building is already a bit dilapidated. The bed's mattress can only be replaced. And it wasn't clean everywhere. Bugs in the cupboards and by the fridge. Breakfast was very nice.
This is more of a venue for functions or something. I had to walk all the time looking for people, looking for people for reception to book in, to book out again. Searching the breakfast room, because no one said anything. Arrived at the breakfast hall, no one there, stood around looking for someone. Not good customer service. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom has plastic shower floor with rubber mat. May be within people's taste, but I will not use the place to stay again.
Very nice, neat and delicious breakfast
Management went out of their way for us, lovely people would visit again anytime. Everything was beyond our expectations, the room we booked was replaced with something better and our room was already beautiful, but they moved us at no extra cost.
Stayed there overnight for work, great location, very well equipped, felt more like a holiday than a business trip.

A lot of old stuff put together in Room 4b and no light lunch available from the kitchen. It would have been nice to have lunch in the garden! Inferior bedding and old mattress. Reception very nice. Breakfast disappointing. Setting and cutlery, etc. were stunning!
Had trouble getting access at gate. Reception very unprofessional, room neat and clean. People made noise at the pool until late at night. Dirty outer room. No water in shower. There was no breakfast place then.

Great, good service and delicious meals. The location is pretty, even though the cars are a bit noisy.
We enjoyed the hot tub and vibrating chair! The river view in the late afternoon was just what we needed. We slept peacefully.
