8 guests' feedbackWe decided very late to stay one night in Onrus. Once we booked, Adri was very quick to send the necessary information: contact numbers, directions and when to expect power outages. The rooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom and the children had fun running around on the front lawn. We were deliciously spoiled with cupcakes and chocolates, could easily spend a few more days there and rest!
The owners were very welcoming and always willing to help. Beautiful decor and the special extras gave a lovely personal touch. A lovely self-catering guest house which we would like to stay at again.
A definite plus was the nice lapa where we could braai. The hostess welcomed us with delicious cupcakes. There are good linens and towels and the master bedroom is spacious. The service was very prompt and the host and hostess very friendly and helpful and ready to help. The host quickly solved our problem with the DStv. If I could highlight points that the guest house could improve on, it would be a softer bed, and a better coffee machine. We also missed a dining table. We had a great stay!
The accommodation was ready and clean. Als was available what we needed. Just one suggestion - consider a roof fan or air conditioning in the rooms, it still gets pretty stuffy/hot during the night. Good value for money.
