The host was very friendly.
The place to stay exceeded my expectations! It is very neat, clean, and stylish. It is also much larger than shown in the photos. I could continue watching my Netflix programs with the 'Smart TV' in the room. The nice swimming pool and air conditioning were great against the Free State heat! Hospitality, kindness, and 'attention to detail' is definitely something to write home about! When I have to go to Bothaville again, I won't want to stay anywhere else!
If I had stayed longer and it was warmer, I would have definitely swam.
Benvenuta guest house is located close to the business center, but far enough to be quiet and safe. The town has several fast-food places that are up to standard. The apartment where I was at home was big enough for 2 people, a good double bed, a big shower, air conditioning, TV with Android, WiFi for own use was good. There was a kettle and a fridge, and if I wanted to braai or cook I could do it in the guest house on the same premises. There is a large swimming pool with braai facilities. The people were helpful and I was very satisfied with the breakfast of muesli, yogurt and coffee. The gate closes with remote control, and each door has a security gate. I really welcomed the fact that there was solar power available, I could work after hours or watch TV, etc. Definitely recommended for the single business traveler, or even a group in the larger home on site!
