Due to the strike of Mango staff, we only arrived in Kleinmond very late (12:45 in the morning!). The owners of Berg en See waited especially for us and received us very generously. We were treated like old friends. We would definitely like to stay with them again.
You see the sea when you wake up. You see and smell the sea when you braai. What more could you ask for? Large comfortable rooms. Several hiking trails with lots of nice benches if you want to just sit and gaze over the sea. So much friendliness in the town. Excellent hospitality and help where needed. Found rest for our tired souls in this pretty, peaceful town. Left with a heavy heart!
Very nice place and wonderful and friendly service. Not too far from everything. Patio was just a bit hot for the old people and we could only use it later that evening. Otherwise it was lovely, thank you so much.

My heart is lost on Kleinmond. Second visit in the beautiful peaceful village. Saryna and her husband were very helpful. I was on crutches after knee replacement and they were very accommodating with help.

The owner himself lent him a small plastic motorcycle that he had made. There is a walkway all along the sea. Even though it was quite far from the beach, we enjoyed the peace and safety much more. We will definitely go again when we come to the Cape and I believe my children who live in Cape Town will also use the accommodation again. Thanks to the owners. We really enjoyed the holiday. The place is very spacious and fully equipped. Plenty of beds. We didn't miss anything. On the contrary, there was more than we expected. The place was beautifully clean when we got there. We were received very kindly and shown the ropes. Saryna and Bennie were a wonderful host/wife. It felt like we were visiting family. We can definitely recommend the place. Just remember to bring your decoder and remote control. (We forgot our remote control but luckily found one for sale in a small shop there).
Excellent accommodation, lovely living area, the wooden deck beautifully placed and the beds top! Wish we had our cars behind gates, but will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. A weekend was definitely too short! Very hospitable people and lots of space.
We had a great time exploring the rocks and the area around Kleinmond. The venue was neat and clean and very spacious.
Going back is a must. There is so much spacious space, it's close to everything, it's peaceful and the landlords are so hospitable. One immediately feels at home.
I missed the remote control, but the owner undertook to fix it. Other than that, everything was great.
I really recommend the guest house because there is a lot of space.
There is no reason for complaints, because we had a very nice stay, and the people are very hospitable. Beautiful sea view, and a clean, tidy and comfortable house. We will definitely stay there again when we go in that direction!
