15 guests' feedbackWe visited Berg River Living with small children, but we felt safe all the time. The house is more beautiful than the pictures on the internet. The host is very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We appreciated all the personal touches throughout the home (e.g. shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). We enjoyed the coffee machine, and the pizza oven was a bonus. The rooms are all so spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We could not get enough of the breathtaking uninterrupted views, as well as the sparkling pool. We managed to go for a few walks along the beautiful coastline. We want to thank the host. We will definitely recommend your home to family and friends.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Our group included small children, so the place is right for any age group. Would definitely recommend the place without a doubt. The place is neat, comfortable, comfortable, with an incredible view.
There is so much to keep you busy like fishing, canoeing, hiking, swimming and the best part is watching the beautiful sunsets from the veranda. Even more beautiful than in the photos.

Boat anchor right in front of house. House is spacious and has everything you need, plus extra treats. Neil is very helpful and communicates well. The long porch with a large braai makes for a great late-night visit. We felt safe. Will definitely go again, nice fireplaces for winter months and pizza oven. Thanks Neil for sharing with others, it's a slice of paradise with sunset.
The house was nice clean and tidy, and equipped with everything you will need. It is even more beautiful than in the photos. The owner was very friendly and helpful and informed us about fun activities around us. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

Big house with everything you need. Fantastic view with the most beautiful sunset. My whole family wants to go again next year. Neil is a very good host who communicates very well.
We stayed there as a family and it was wonderful! Plenty of space for everyone and a nice cozy home for a larger group of people. What we especially enjoyed was that the rooms were not so close to each other, so everyone could enjoy their own space. And the pizza oven was a bonus for us.
Well appointed with almost everything we needed. Small details like providing shampoo, toothpaste, coffee, tea, milk, etc mean a lot! We were 10 adults, and for us, an additional fridge for drinks would have been nice, but we managed with the already large fridge that was there! The other thing we missed was an outside bin for the empties, but again, we made do with a black bag. The owner is fantastic! Very accommodating! He can be very proud of an incredibly stunning house with an exceptional view over the river and wetlands, especially at sunset. We will be back!
The breathtaking sunsets were the highlight of our stay. That along with the beautiful surroundings. Neil's home is clean and conveniently designed. We spent most of our days, in the pool and the big stoep, with uninterrupted views of the water, in which we enjoyed kayaking. Neil is an excellent host, and very accommodating. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Neil.
