6 guests' feedbackRoom was without air conditioning, informed owner, she promised to fix but didn't. Room was dirty and breakfast served without choice. no water in room and fridge was not on at all. No personal interaction with customers, unpleasant experience.
Bergliot B&B made us feel right at home. Room was pretty neat and clean. Bergliot is our new home when we travel. Thank you Helen.
The breakfast is fantastic with the most delicious crumpets and jam.
From the moment I requested an earlier booking, I knew this was a "home away from home" guesthouse. Nothing was a problem. Our hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are neat and tidy, and everything you needed was available. Having breakfast included was a treat, and once again everything you would want was in the dining room. I can highly recommend this lovely little place. We will most certainly put this on our list for a re-stay.
Very nice with friendly staff and a good location. It's not far from the airport and the pool and garden are great. They give a good breakfast.
Stayed here overnight during studies and was very impressed, especially with the owner's willingness to help as I was on a late flight to Johannesburg.
