14 guests' feedbackWe had a lovely time at Bergsicht! One day snow on the mountains and the other 32 degrees heat! Best of both worlds - inside fireplace to heated swimming pool.
We had such a nice stay! The cottage is nicely furnished with everything you need for a few days. The braai facilities and the wood-fired hot tub on the large stoep were of course the highlight! And the wood one could buy there on an honest basis was very convenient. Thanks also to the man who came to clean the braai place every morning and packed the wood again for the next fire. I would stay at Bergsicht again anytime!
Bergsicht Country Farm Cottages is a gem tucked away in Tulbagh. The surroundings are beautiful and the stay was wonderful. The cottage is very well equipped and the hot tub was definitely the highlight of our weekend. I will definitely go back to Bergsicht Country Farm Cottages again.

Fantastic quiet getaway in the Cape countryside. Location is perfect and the facilities even better. Everything you need for a peaceful self-catering break. The wood-fired hot tub is the star of the show. Very nice on the lawn under the stars in the evening.

We really enjoyed and appreciated it. Clean, tidy, cosy, beautiful and welcoming. Was a fantastic getaway to the middle of nowhere yet close enough to lots of places to visit.

We stayed in African Delight and it's a lovely unit. Marileze kept us up to date with details via email and WhatsApp. Very nice "hot tub" at each unit. Lots to do in the area. Nicely central and close to town for basic necessities. Would definitely recommend.
Just don't use the fireplace. You smoke yourself out of the building.
Beautiful, neat cottage, but African Delight Cottage (number 3) has no privacy. It borders Number 2 next door and we could hear every word spoken by the family staying there. The parking for both units is in front of African Delight, with the implication that our neighbours passed by our house all the time, which violated our privacy on the patio, braai area and hot tub.
Beautiful location, clean and tidy, good linen. Owners are lovely. We would definitely recommend. We lived in unit 3.

There is a gravel road leading up to the property and low-clearance vehicles may find the road challenging. Drive slowly and cautiously.
Due to the gravel terrain and staircase, the property is not suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.

The cottage is situated on a working fruit farm and management will always inform guests of the spraying times. Guests will be sharing the farm roads with the owners and there may be farm vehicles and machinery in operations. Please adhere to the 10km/h speed limit.
